HISTORY
The NAIRC was established after extensive research, literature reviews, community consultations, surveys and other investigative initiatives confirmed that very little attention and resources are being devoted to the support of America's African community. Other motivating factors for the establishment of the NAIRC are the need to accommodate the ever growing African population due in large part to the United State's Diversity Visa Lottery, which allows both literate and semi-literate foreigners to migrate to the United States and the resulting increase in the number of Africans born in America.
